The Shengpu Neighborhood Center, the 21st of its kind in SIP, officially opened its doors on Dec 20. Developed by SIP Neighborhood Center Development Co Ltd, this complex spans approximately 93,000 square meters, becoming a new landmark in SIP.

The center has gathered nearly 110 brands, offering groceries, lifestyle services, training, entertainment and hotel accommodations.

A key feature is the nearly 3,200-square-meter farm produce market with 55 stalls providing all daily groceries. An intelligent system is adopted for information updating and management.

The neighborhood center has attracted many widely known brands such as McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and CHAGEE. It also includes a children’s playground, a cineplex and a gym.

SIP Eastern Citizen Center is being built there. Consisting of a health service station, an in-home elderly care service center, a cultural and sports center and other components, it will come into operation in the first half of next year.
