The Xinyu Mansion, a new building located in Yangcheng Yinzuo in SIP’s Yangchenghu Peninsula Tourist Resort, came into use on Dec 26.

The project, with a total floor area of 72,000 square meters, costs RMB563 million. Built by SIP-based real estate conglomerate Hengtai Holding, the project boasts a design inspired by Singapore’s urban planning and architectural aesthetics. It is a high-quality integrated complex that embodies green and low-carbon concepts, incorporates smart building technology, and combines commercial office spaces, financial services and technological innovation.

The project serves as a high-quality platform for industrial agglomeration, facilitating resource sharing and complementary strengths to build synergistic momentum and shape a new vision of integrated urban and industrial development for Yangcheng Yinzuo. It is expected to set a new benchmark for industrial clusters within SIP and become a new engine driving high-quality development.

At the event, the Suzhou International Legal Services District was inaugurated after expansion as a comprehensive platform for high-end legal services.

A number of companies signed agreements to launch operations in the new building.
