The inauguration of the Suzhou Beijing Chamber of Commerce, an organization committed to promoting coordinated development and value co-creation of Suzhou and Beijing, was held in SIP on Dec 23.

Suzhou Beijing Chamber of Commerce is composed of enterprise members with legal person status, which are wholly-owned or controlled by natural persons or legal entities from Beijing and established in Suzhou. It has more than 100 members engaged in intelligent manufacturing, information technology, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, finance and insurance, investment, culture and creativity, and modern services.

At the event, the chamber of commerce signed an agreement with Zhongguancun Science City, Huairou Science City and Future Science City to launch strategic cooperation in accelerating integrated development of Beijing and Suzhou.
