SIP is crafting a comprehensive service system with the aim of shaping itself as the prime choice for young professionals. Last year, it announced a special action plan to give young talents all-around support in innovation and entrepreneurship, job seeking and daily life.

SIP is enhancing efforts to optimize Youth Venture Platform and 10 other facilities that provide one-stop services for young people’s innovation and startup projects. Over the past year, 31 projects enjoyed these facilities’ rent-free workspaces.

SIP also established a fund dedicated to supporting young talents’ startups last year, and hosts various events such as project roadshows, training sessions and exchange activities to give young people a helping hand in seeking partners and learn experience for their projects. Recently, SIP instituted a series of measures to bolster one-person companies (OPCs).

To give young people a leg up in landing jobs, SIP has upgraded its annual recruitment tour to cover more schools across the country and precisely match talent demand and supply.

Moreover, SIP holds a number of job fairs each year, matching recruiters and job hunters on and off line. It also provides transportation allowance and free accommodation for eligible job seekers and is trying to increase internship opportunities for graduating students.

For young talents in SIP, a three-year plan is being implemented to improve 10 apartment complexes for young talents, and high-quality, low-rent and subsidized rental housing projects are increasing. Besides, “housing coupons” are offered to eligible talents for house purchase.

Apart from that, SIP organizes diverse events frequently to offer young people chances to make friends, continue education and enrich their lives.
