Recently, SIP Labor Security Supervision Brigade organized a training session to help people working within SIP’s labor security supervision system improve their professional proficiency in helping enterprises ensure HR compliance and protecting employees’ rights and interests regarding salary and benefits.

In the process, a certified public accountant gave the participants a detailed account of functions of enterprises’ financial statements and key points of employee compensation review, along with specific introductions to common accounting supervision procedures and ways of discovering and collecting evidences for illegal operations through financial data screening. The expert also cited real cases to help the participants better understand related knowledge and skills.
