SIP has kicked off the new year with a good start in new project introduction and construction. A number of projects have reported significant progress.

The headquarters of Quantum-CI, a touch technology company, came into operation in SIP’s Yangchenghu Peninsula Tourist Resort on Jan 5. Based in it, the company plans to expand R&D input to develop products for new energy vehicles and AI applications, aiming to become a leading touch technology and product developer and service provider globally.

On Jan 4, Haimei Bingxian (Suzhou) Technology Industry Development Co Ltd won the bid for the use right of a land plot in Suzhou Industrial Park-Xiangcheng District Cooperative Economic Development Zone (SIP-XC CEDA), where it will build a high-end equipment manufacturing park and establish its East China headquarters.

On the last day of 2025, the main structure of the last single building in the Zone A of the eight phase of BioBAY was completed, marking a milestone in the construction of the project.

One day before that, Suzhou Yuanlong Sci-Tech Innovation Co Ltd received the construction permit for building an R&D and intelligent manufacturing base for key components of intelligent connected vehicles.
On Dec 29, 2025, Suzhou Simairui New Material Technology Co Ltd, which is engaged in developing and industrializing key nanocomposite technology for the polarizer industry, opened in Nanopolis Suzhou in SIP.

On the same day, Jiangsu Xingzhitu AI Technology Co Ltd opened its headquarters in SIP-XC CEDA for R&D and business management focused on driverless vehicle delivery solutions applicable in campuses of higher education institutions.
