An event was held in SIP on Jan 6 with the aim of driving deep integration of cutting-edge technologies from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore and local industrial resources. The event attracted a host of project teams from overseas, professionals and scholars engaged in related fields, enterprises’ representatives and investors.


Nearly 30 NTU’s research achievements across six key areas including robotics and intelligent systems, health and medical tech, energy saving and storage as well as new materials and advanced manufacturing were showcased.

Prof. Guoqiang Hu from NTU gave a speech on robotic automation and human-robot collaboration.

In the roadshow, a number of projects from different schools of NTU, including those focused on robotic automation and human-robot collaboration in warehouses and factories and 4D printed retainers were presented, demonstrating NTU’s breakthroughs in intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, new materials and other fields. The projects attracted many enterprises and investors.
