The 2025 Jiangsu Logistics and Supply Chain Development Conference cum Annual Meeting of Jiangsu Logistics Industry Promotion Association was recently held in Changzhou, East China’s Jiangsu province. At the event, a list of “Outstanding Cases of Logistics and Supply Chain Innovation in Jiangsu Province” was declared, including one from SIP-based Suzhou Logistics Center Co Ltd.

Suzhou Logistics Center has crafted a four-in-one innovation system that incorporates platforms, services, facilities and industrial elements to drive logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement through four key innovative measures. These measures include engaging deeply in policy piloting through institutional innovation, upgrading service model innovation, shifting to intelligent and green operation and exploring data assetization via ecosystem innovation.

The corresponding practices have not only enhanced the core competitiveness of the company, but also helped strengthen the resilience of industrial and supply chains and formed a replicable path for systemic cost reduction, providing a good example for high-quality development of the logistics industry.
