Shen Mi, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of the CPC SIP Working Committee, and other leading officials of SIP visited Jinji Lake, Loufeng, Shengpu and Xietang Sub-districts this month to participate in the Opinion Poll Day events held there.

These events are part of the public opinion collection program that SIP runs to meet with residents in their communities on a regular basis to learn about their opinions and needs.

During the events, the officials listened to the participating residents’ requests and suggestions, covering improvement of public service facilities such as parking spaces and service stations for delivery workers, upgrading of services for the aged, renovation of rainwater drainage systems in residential quarters, and optimization of public rental housing mechanism. The officials gave them positive response and shared with them the latest progress of related projects.
